The Baker Group is located in Roscoe, IL close to the Illinois - Wisconsin state line on Interstate 90. Our facility includes a 52,000 square foot building with 36,000 square feet of manufacturing and assembly space with 30' high ceilings and overhead cranes capacity exceeding 25 tons. Our office area includes 16,000 square feet of active area utilizing the most current computers systems and software available. With the building designed to expand quickly and 10 acres of land we are positioned to accommodate even the most unique client now and well into the future.

Our manufacturing area is second to none with over 30 networked CNC vertical, horizontal machining centers and a wide range of bar fed and chucker CNC lathes. Our manual and secondary equipment includes all types of grinding, gun drilling, fabrication, milling, turning, heat-treating, sandblasting and tumbling. Our temperature controlled ISO certified inspection room consists of the latest technology in CMM equipment, optical comparators, hardness testers and manual measuring equipment all calibrated and maintained on an ongoing basis.
