Application -
Radial Forming Lean Cell. The featured cell has X & Y travels of 12” x 12” while the Z-axis has a 6” servo controlled travel allowing forming of multiple heights on a single part. An integrated load cell monitors forming force on the Z-Axis throughout the forming process, while the X & Y axis allow for rapid head positioning. The cell can utilize any brand of customer specified forming heads such as: BalTec, Taumel and Orbitform. The cell can be utilized as a rapid prototyping stand-alone cell, integrated into a dial assembly machine or integrated into a power & free conveyor system.
